Default Orange down in Brighton, Web site = no login, orange rep couldn't care less

Orange has been down in Brighton for hours now, The web site says "we
are experiencing difficulties" when you try and log in, Telephoning
orange o enquire when it's gonna be up again, rep says "dunno!", asking
why the web site won't allow log ins "dunno", The guy couldn't have
given less of a shit if he'd hung up. We have 3 orange phones in this
house, Well **** you Orange, on monday I'm cancelling all of them and
moving to Vodaphone where you get a far superior signa. Having been an
orange customer for 5+ years I've had enough.

If you don't like the service - go elsewhere, being a customer for any
number of years means nothing. Companies only care about money - not
loyalty, so telling us tat means nothing. You state you were given answers
to your questions. Exactly what do you expect Orange to be able to tell
you - maybe they should have small cameras stuck to the engineers so you can
watch them as they carry out repairs? Would that make you feel better or
would you still find something to moan about.

He must be a bit odd if it took him 5 years of having a poor signal to do
anything about it. No mobile company will guarantee a signal in any
particular location as part of the contract. So make sure you check
Vodafone out.

Why are 1800MHz systems crap? Having a class A licence you should know all
about RF and terrain by now, unless they didn't cover that in your exam
around 15+ years ago. Tell us all why 1800MHz is crap and what are you
comparing it to. Be aware there are many variables. I think you just
wanted to test your newsreader really. try alt.test next time.

Being a Class A pillock, he ignores anything he knows as part of his
ludicrous vendetta against a frequency.
