Default Orange and easyMobile colour dispute

From <https://www.easymobile.com/selfcare/emcontent/news/news.html>:

"Stelios in the witness box for the court case - November 20th

The France Telecom owned Orange Personal Communications ltd is still
persisting in the case they have brought against easyMobile in an
attempt to stop easyMobile from using the colour orange. The court case
is likely to start on November 20th 2006 but could start on any day
during the week following. Final preparations for the court case are
under way and Stelios has been named as a witness so he is likely to
appear in the witness box during the trial.

"All 15 easyGroup businesses use orange as their corporate colour," said
Stelios the serial entrepreneur and founder of easyMobile. "They have
all done so since each one of them was founded and there is a agreement
with each easyGroup business that they will use the colour orange. This
is not something that an easyGroup company can give up and anyway, the
Orange Personal Communications case is ridiculous. I look forward to
seeing them in court!" he concluded."

Does anyone think Orange has a chance in hell of winning this case in
court?

Oh, and by the way Stelios, the last free call/text day was almost a
month ago. Pull your finger out!

I'd love to see Orange win. They're similar corporate bastids, but
Stelios has persistently bullied several small businesses out of using
the term 'easy' in their names, even though it is commonly used, and in
many cases they had been using it before Stelios ever put daddy's money
to work. He didn't win this one though:

Best case scenario: Orange win overall, but Easymobile are awarded the
rights to orange livery in N. Ireland.

EasyO.

How does these tax exiles get knighthoods?
