Orange Magic Numbers

Hi,

Does anyone actually know how Magic Numbers works on pay as you go? I have
nominated a magic number...it worked for the first month, now i topped up
this month and i'm getting charged full rate for calling my nominated
number.

Does the anniversary/analysis date renew itself every time you top up? or
is it the same date every month? Is there any way of finding out what this
date is?

I have tried many times to speak to a human at Orange customer services, but
failed. I've tried emailing them and they replied with the customer
services number.

I think i will be giving up with Orange all together sooner rather than
later.

Your anniversary date stays the same, and you need to top-up £10 in a
given month to receive the promotion the *following* month. So if
you're next AD is the 5th October, all top-ups before that count
towards the £10 needed to get the magic number 5th Oct-5th Sept, and so
on.

If you phone up 453 and stay on the line after your balance, it usually
goes through any promotions and their anniversary dates.
