Default Orange porting problems

Does anyone know when Orange are going to fix their recent problems with
ported numbers. I ported on the 12th and I've been without a usable phone
for almost a week.

Are Orange likely to give me a pro-rate credit for this, or this that a
stupid question?

It's not an unreasonable request. Once you are connected I would make
that request, I can't see you being turned down.

Do you think Orange would be willing to provide me with an unlocking code
for my phone so that at least I can use my new phone with a PAYG sim until
things are fixed?

I doubt it, because by the time you get your unlocking code the problem
will be fixed.

Why not get an Orange PAYG sim from an Orange shop (not sure if
they're free or not)

However, I find it hard to believe that this lack of service will
continue much longer (one of my customers has had three phones not
working since March 7th).
