Default Orange rant - Why are all the useful services no available to business customers only?

I have a few lines with Orange & find myself fighting the CS teams more &
more.

The cool services such are Everyphone, Single Number & Enhanced Line 2 are
restricted to business customers only! Why? What damn difference does it
make to Orange if the customer using the service pays for it out of personal
funds or the business?

I run my own business but am then told that I can't have my current tariffs
if I convert my account type.

Why can't Orange price per service if it has to & allow all customers to use
as many or as few services as they wish? Buy xxx minutes as needed & then
all the extras you want. Want Single Number, pay an extra pound or two a
month. Ditto for Everyphone or Enhanced Line 2. Though having said that,
Enhanced Line 2 should really be standard for everyone!

Or am I tempting fate given the state of Orange's billing systems.

Try a little harder.

I have everyphone on my personal tariff.

In order to get them to activate it, I had to fax over a copy of a
cheque from my business bank account.

They simply now address bills to me @ my business name
