Sunday - I go and buy a "top up" for my Orange SIM.
Monday - Orange announce T&C changes and in particular a 50% increase in
minimum call charge.
Tuesday - I top up the SIM, only to get a message telling me that I have
lost a third of the calls I thought I had paid for before I even activated
the top up.
Is there anything to stop them advertising cheap calls and then changing the
prices etc. once you have paid your money over?

PS not a bad banditry as O2's 60% reduction in off peak call time on P&G
SIM's a few years back. They had been actively advertising their 2p per
minute weekend rate right up until when they increased it to 5p.
