I bought a new phone last month, and had to have a £10 top-up with the
phone.
Anyway, after registering the phone, I asked when the £10 would be added
to my credit - "around a week"
As I didnt intend to use the SIM, I'd forgotten about it, until Sunday
when I went to try it out - but it still hadnt got the £10 credited.
So I called Orange CS - couldnt talk to them, as no credit on my phone!
I've now sent an email to the Orange Shop (online) who supplied the
phone/top-up asking them to sort the matter out.
Am I likely to get any joy from emailing them?
Or should I call CS, and how would I do that with no credit?
Ta
Alan.
