Default Orange TV (How do they work out the GPRS rates)

Iv just subscribed to oragne tv on my 3g n73 for £5.00 a month. It
claims you dont pay data rates while watching orange tv - how do
orange work out if the data connection is watching orange tv (which is
accessed via orange world) or something else from the orange world
site which should be chargeable.

If it is anything like the Virgin TV service, that goes over DAB airwaves
and not gprs.
