If I upgrade my handset only, with Orange (no tariff change) will they put
me on an 18 or 12 month contact?
I am currently on a 18 month contract, Orange say that they will put me on
an 12 month contract if I upgrade without a tariff change..
When I upgraded last August, Orange failed to make it clear on the
contract, that they were going to put me on an 18 month contract, they have
accepted this and have offered to waive any upgrade fees as of now, however
I would like to know if ill be put on a 12 month contract when I upgrade as
im happy with my tariff.
Unfortunately the phone I want has not been released on Orange yet, so I may
as well wait until it is available. Which will probably be nearer November
when they say I can upgrade FoC anyway.
