Orange website ordering problems

I'm tring to get a second phone on my account for my wife and I keep getting
this: "We're having some technical problems processing your order."

Anyone else getting the same?

Why would anyone else be ordering a phone for your wife ?

Orded a S.E. W850i (She likes it anyway)
@ £30 p/m, 300 Anytime mins & 850 Texts..
