Default Orange "Your Account" - borked?

Should I be surprised that attempting to log into my "Your Account" page
on the Orange website just gives the following message:

Not Found

The requested URL /sss/jfn was not found on this server.
IBM_HTTP_Server/6.0.2.19 Apache/2.0.47 (Unix) Server at
www.youraccount.orange.co.uk Port 443

Nope - have lost count the number of times I have typed the same reply to
the same question that reguarly appears regarding Orange and their shite
site.

Must be the worst site I know off for always being down - you would have
though at some point they would have fixed it - Been with O2 now 2 yrs and
NEVER had a problem logging in and seeing my account info.

After switching from PAYG I have been unable to log on to my account at
all. I have had support completely delete my account twice so that I
could start again from scratch and it failed to work both times. What a
pile of crap.

I had that problem once too, problems due to having ported away at one
point, then back, then onto PAYG. They fixed it in about 13 months
once the Executive Office got involved
