Default PAC Codes

I am told by OSPS that it is not possible to port your existing online PAYG
o2 number over t o a contract? is that correct?

O2 give me a different story. They say it is possible and issued me with a
PAC Code. OSPS have sent me a phone but with a new o2 number can i still
transfer my old O2 no to this?

Sid
