I had an Easy Mobile PAYG chip, i had registered my credit card and was
able to make and receive calls everywhere I had been.. These include
some pretty exotic locations.
I have an Orange contract phone and a Virgin PAYG contract, the one
where you pay by direct debit.
Orange are pretty useless for roaming once you get away from Europe,
the Virgin one which is on the Tmobile network the same as Easy Mobile,
will only let me dial back to the UK or the country I am in. I can't
dial other international destinations.
So I am looking for a PAYG sim that will let me dial international
destinations from anywhere and will not disconnect for at least 180Days
if no top up or calls are made!
Must work from South America, Brazil Venezuela. Africa, The whole west
coast Senegal, Gambia, Ivory coast, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria,
Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, PR Congo, DR Congo, Angola, Namibia
& South Africa.

MAX Roaming sim card not sure work in all them places. Thay come with a UK
number.
You need an international sim that does not have any restriction. I
personally carry United mobile/riiing and and IOM sim sold by
freeglobalsims. I have used these sims in several carribean countries,
Mexico, Nigeria, UK, etc. without any problems. Another new card that
works in more countries is yackie. I have it, but have not fully tested
it.

- and the other global SIMs listed there
I have a feeling that Hopmobile might be worth looking at, as despite
having a Monaco number, it's based on a Ghanaian network, so could have
more roaming agreements in Africa. It doesn't have free incoming calls
though

I have ordered a maxsim & a hopmobile I will see how they work..
I have a MTN nigeria onetouch ghana, TogoCell MTN cameroon and the one
from Equatorial guinea but they usually expire after 60Days of not
making a call, so that usually means the thing has expired when I goto
use it again, the fee for re-instating the chip is usually $5 but the
problem is it takes 2 or 3 hours going to the cellphone companies
office to do this and then the problem of buying topup cards.
So hopefully I won't have those problems with the maxsim & hopmobile!
