PAYG for one week in Venice

A few of us are going to Venice for a week in June. We're taking mobiles
that are all unlocked and on o2 payg, and want to know what's the cheapest
way to stay in touch with each other out there (probably just a few quick
calls).

I've had a look at GoSim and similar sites, but they charge around £30 per
SIM, which seems a bit expensive seeing as we'll only be using them for a
week! Are there any alternatives?

You could look into O2's My Europe Extra. Best thing is, you can keep
the same SIMs (and thus receive calls - for free - from people who
might call your normal UK number that week). £10/month, 25p to any
mobile/landline in most of Europe (incl UK and Italy), and as
mentioned, free incoming calls.

Alternatively, sign up to O2's Euro bolt-on (no additional charge),
which will give you 35p/min calls (charged for both outgoing and
incoming calls), and 39p text.

O2 euro bolt on prob work out cheaper if your there for just 1 week. I can
you global card cheap if want one tho

O2 euro bolt on looks like the one we'll go for then. Probably the cheapest
option for just a few quick calls.
