Phone next day - faulty charger replacement 7 days

Ordered from e2save Friday.
Phone here Saturday - excellent service.
However reported faulty charger and replacement takes 7 days - so much for
the phone being sent out so quickly.
I can charge through USB but seems slow.
Ah well!!
