Default Phones2UDirect Summons - Address help if possible

I am issuing Phones2UDirect Ltd with a summons but I am a bit stuck for
their address.

In the process of sending back cashback claims I have often copied the
paperwork to their regisitered office;

Phones2Udirect.co.uk Ltd
74 West St Erith
Kent
DA8 1AF

as well as their business address;

Phones2U
Unit B4
Chaucer Business Park
Watery Lane
Kemsing
Sevenoaks
TN15 6QY

I have noticed that the regisitered office letters are never delivered or
picked up (form Post Office tracking numbers).

I think that legal paperwork has to be served to their registered address
but I am not sure what happens if this goes undelivered.

Any help or helpful advice would be appreciated - especially from people
who have had dealings with this company.

Thanks

I sent my summons to the Sevenoaks address, and it had the desired effect!

If you go to the companies house website and use 'webcheck' - the free
service - you can search for registered address

<Http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/>

That shows:

Name & Registered Office:
PHONES 2 U DIRECT.CO.UK LIMITED
74 WEST STREET
ERITH
KENT DA8 1AF
Company No. 04048769

(same as you have)

There are many variations on the phones 2 U name, mostly seem to be
dormant or wound up. Their accounts are due today. If mail is not
deliverable I suspect you could contact companies house to report that
fact.

I believe the courts will treat it as having been delivered a couple of days
after it being sent, regardless of whether anyone signs for it or actually
receives it.

I think you will find that a court would treat it as delivered 48 hours
after posting using a trackable service.

If you file a claim in the county court they will send it for you by
first class mail. It will be deemed served even if there is no
acknowledgment of service.

I've also used the Sevenoaks address and I didn't get quite such a
positive response (although I did get a rapid cheque but not for the sum
of money I was expecting), and I'm looking forward to my small claims
court hearing in November with interest
