Default PIN2 on Virgin..?

I want to set up a fixed dialling list on a Virgin SIM, the phone (Nokia
6310i) is asking for a PIN2 code, but Virgin say (a) they don't support
the PIN2 function and (b) fixed dialling is a handset-specific thing
anyway.

Now I know that the fixed dialling list is stored on the SIM because I
have an Orange SIM which has such a list on it and it works in the 6310i.
If the Virgin SIM didn't support it, surely the option to select it (and
to be asked for a PIN2 code) wouldn't appear..? I also have a Tesco SIM
which I know doesn't support fixed dialling and therefore the option
doesn't appear in the menu.

So my question is, is there a default code I can try..? The default Virgin
PIN 7890 doesn't work, nor does 1234 and I think you only get 3 goes
before a PUK code is required (PUK2) and if Virgin say they don't support
it I'll never get an unlock code from them..!

Any ideas anyone..?

Ivor
