Porting out - Porting in - Sim

I want to port a number out of 3 then port it back in again - can anyone
tell me the best sim only PAYG (I presume) to use ?

Something I can get today would be good as I need to number now.

T-mobile and orange currently have free sim card promotions. I think
you can only port out the number when its been connected for 1 month
but i'm not 100% sure.
