I called Cool New Mobile this morning and having spoken to three
people I am not much further forward .
I asked the first person why they did not accept porting to Vodaphone
and O2 ( as per their website) and the answer I got was" We now do
accept O2" but as far as Vodaphone is concerned the answer was " We
just don't do it" and she repeated that answer a number of times .
I was then given a different number to call ..0870 042 9066 Option
6...and the person who spoke to me was just as unhelpful . The reason
he gave was firstly " We are unable to do it" but when pressed he
changed it to " We do not have the facility to do it" and when pressed
to explain what he meant he repeated what he had just said and no
amount of pushing from me would get him to expand on that .
He might have known what he meant...but I suspect he was just saying
what he had been told to say.... but I certainly didn't
