Are you looking for real internet access on the mobile phone or on a laptop
via the mobile phone?
Three "SAY" you can't use X-Series via a modem, but then some people do.
Also the 1GB Fair Data Usage is just that, fair usage, its not a limit.
I have X-Series Silver with my N73 and can access just about everything:
I use Opera Mobile to surf the web, haven't found a site yet I can't access.
Can download podcasts (Using Nokia Podcasting).
Listen to internet radio (BBC Radio and Shoutcast) and video streams (i.e.
New YouTube).
VOIP calls using Skype and Fring.
IM Chat using Skype (iSkoot app rather than then supplied Skype one), Fring
(Yahoo/MSN/AOL)and MSN Messenger.
Download torrents (SysTorrent), don't use much, just if I'm bored.
Upload pics to Flickr.
Remote Sync contacts using ScheduleWorld
For extra £5pm for X-Series Silver on top of your priceplan you can't ask
for better.
I'm on the old VTT1300 tariff (300mins/1000text/50 Video mins/50 MMS/Free £5
downloads) at £30pm (1st 8 months 1/2 price) and got extra £50 for phoning
Three directly.
