Default QWERTY GPRS WiFi phone for telnet/ssh?

Can anyone recommend a smart phone that supports GPRS and WiFi, has a
full QWERTY keyboard (Blackberry-like would be fine) with both telnet
and ssh client software and works with a PAYG SIM? A Web browser
would be a useful extra but I need it primarily for talking to remote
machines at the command level.

Suggestions very welcome as I haven't been keeping up-to-date with
what's available.

Mike.

Nokia 9300 or 9500 communicators.

I use a 9500 most days for ssh (via putty). I don't use telnet, but I'm
sure there is a telnet client for them. I have an O2 contract, but you'd
need to see what the data options are for PAYG. The 9500 has WiFi too,
and the web browser, while a bit slow and clunky is usable.

MDA Vario on T-Mobile PAYG with £1 (max) per day PAYG Web'n'Walk sounds
about right. GRPS and WiFi (and Bluetooth) and can support Pocket IE
and Opera. Also has Remote Desktop bundled with it (not that it sounds
like you would use that).

There is also now the Vario II which is 3G and a higher speed processor
if you needed it.
