The rates do seem reasonable. I couldn't find:-
1. whether they have a connection charge per call, I am assuming not.
2. what type of incoming number - how much are people going to have to
pay to call the number. Will this be the type of number included in
'inclusive minutes' /standard numbers. Presumably, if you are abroad,
callers will have to call into the UK.
3. if there are there any charges for incoming calls.

It says you can keep your own number (near the top of the service
page).
