It's true, the number to dial is 64 469 48554253 26 4
It will then come up with a list of all the calls in your sector and you can
choose the one you want to listen to.
A good new feature that has been added recently, if the phone is equipped
with a camera, you can also watch what the phone is currently 'seeing'
(It works best if you type the above number in 'text' mode with predictive
text turned on...)
