I have to say that I only got my cashback after chasing ten days after
the standard period [can't actually remember how long it was meant to
be, but I made a diary note of it] had ended. It then took another 10
days to send me the money. I've got one more payment to collect and will
be happier (relieved) when/if I've done it!
Considering that they were good enough to send a text message saying
that they had received the cashback claim, the rest of the process is
currently appearing suspiciously silent.
