Well up until a couple of days ago I'd have agreed with you, but my
second payment is late and checking the cashback status on their
website, the 45 days has been extended to 60 days without warning or
explanation. Frankly, alarm bells are ringing.

I have to say that I only got my cashback after chasing ten days after
the standard period [can't actually remember how long it was meant to
be, but I made a diary note of it] had ended. It then took another 10
days to send me the money. I've got one more payment to collect and will
be happier (relieved) when/if I've done it!

Considering that they were good enough to send a text message saying
that they had received the cashback claim, the rest of the process is
currently appearing suspiciously silent.

Hmmm, there has been some speculation in various consumer forums about
Mobileshop's recent late/missing payments; I believe even referral fees
have been missed.

The official line, I believe, is "problems" with their BACS software?
