T-Mobile don't have a 14 day cool off period anymore. They dropped this
about 18 months ago.

Microsoft are yet to build it into Mobile 5 (what used to be pocket PC).
Strangely it (Line 2 support) is present in the phone-type devices, but
not the Pocket-PC devices.

ALl of them except the Line 2, as they have nothing to port it onto.

Online is different, you've got the DSR coming into play.

Doubtful, unless you do it first. If you port out Line 1, the line 2
cannot exist.
