You can either:

Upgrade to a 12 month contract, stay on same tariff, new handset.
Re-sign for 12 months, 10% Discount, no new handset.
Upgrade to an 18 month contract, move to an animal talkplan, new
handset.
Upgrade to an 18 month contract, take 10% rental discount, new handset.

The upgrade price for a Pearl will be personal to you, so you would have
to log in to see that. It's not a fantastically expensive device so it
will be free for a fair amount of customers.
