Default Reception Map

Is there any website that shows the reception of a mobile phone provider per
postcode? My t-mobile phone reception in my new flat is poor and I'd like to
find out which provider would be better. I don't fancy asking for the lend
of other people's phones to see how good their reception is. The closest
website I can find that does what I want is
http://www.sitefinder.radio.gov.uk/

Also, are some phones naturally better at picking up reception? I've a Nokia
6230i.

TIA,
M.

I remember in the early 90's Vodafone and Cellnet used to publish coverage
maps so you could clearly see what areas were covered and which were not.
Haven't seen anything like this recently.
