Default Recommend a phone for me please?

Hi all, I am looking for a mobile which has the following
functionality (and getting confused at the moment!)

- Must have a good 2-3Mpixel camera with flash (I understand that the
lense etc is more important than pixel count)
- MP3 player
- Must be able to sync up with MS Outlook for calender/contacts via
bluetooth
- Would be ideal if could have 802.11b/g WLAN (even better if had VOIP
functionality).
- Some way of wireless linking (via bluetooth/wlan + upnp?) to a
Windows Media Center for quick viewing of photos
- SD/MiniSD slot
- Be able to run TomTom Navigator (The tomtom site has an outdated
list of compatible phones it seems)
- Not interested in any 3G stuff

As you can see, I don't want much ;-)

So far, I have seen the Nokia N80 Internet Edition which looks to have
all these, but the reviews claim the camera is poor. It goes for
about £150 on ebay which is about spot on.

Thanks in advance.

Nokia N95, or a windows smartphone, such as the Orange SPV M3100.

The N80 is a crap handset. Good on paper but totally unstable.
