Default Replacement Blackberry

hello u.t.m,

i had a blackberry on O2 which was damaged. got a replacement (phone
only, not sim card), which i've tried to register on the O2 blackberry
pages. i've entered the pin and imei number, then resent the service books.

i can now receive my emails, but i can't send - the mail just displays a
red cross alongside.

i've also noticed the call log is missing?!

anyone know what's going on here? this is a business handset and our
contact for the phones is away at the moment. i've no idea who i can
call, or if this is something i can resolve myself?
