REquest 7110 unlocking code

Hi,

anyone can help me on how to unlock my mobile, its original net work
is Orange ..

and i want to unlock it to a GLOBe network in Philippines.

here's my mobile IME number:
IME #: 448904/10/472184/3
Brand: NOKIA
Made in: FINLAND
MOdel: 7110
Original Network is: Orange
want to change to: GLOBE Phil.

i already try a unlocking code but sims error message appear in the
screen is: Simcard not restricted;;;



pls help me....

Assuming all that info is correct, then it will be #pw+3839401875+1#

1. Remove SIM CARD
2. Type #
3. Then press the * key 3 times (you should get a "p")
4. Then press the * key 4 times (you should get a "w")
5. Then press the * key 2 times (you should get a "+")
6. Then enter: 3839401875
7. Then press the * key 2 times(you should get a "+")
8. Then enter: 1
9. Enter: #
