Revenue Model s in Mobile web Application

Hi Folks

I am Prashant from India , i am a founder member of Delhi Chapter of
Mobile Monday .This is my first post on this list . actually i need
some info , i am planing to give a talk on various revenue model in
Mobile web application at an upcoming Industry conference . If any
one know about any systematic research report, URL , or any other
resources please let me know

i want to cover the following points in my talk

* Various Revenue model ( like subscription, Access,Content
Download , Transaction Facilitation fees, Referral Commission
,Advertisement ,etc) . if you know any other interesting model please
let me know .
* Mapping Revenue mode l to your application offering ( like
Subscription for NEWS Alert, Access for browsing , Referral for search
and Transactional Cut for M Banking etc )
* How to circumvent Dependency on Telco [ Alternate way to
facilitate money transaction and Reaching the customer base ]
* How to negotiate a better revenue sharing with Telco ?
