roaming data charges

does anyone know a reasonable operator that doesn't charge rediculous money
for roaming data ??? i am under the impression that all operators make a
fortune with it !!!

I wonder when and if they'll ever start offering delivery reports.

Please don't bore me with prefixing every message with *0# or
whatever, every other network you don't have to bother.

Virgin charges the same roaming or not.

The best rate I've seen for ad-hoc roaming with a UK SIM is Virgin Mobile,
who don't surcharge their GPRS rates when roaming. In otherwords, at home
or abroad if you can get a signal it's £5.12/MByte.
