Samsung E370 - how do you remove the display lense?

I have a Samsung E370 slider phone. The display is fine but the lens
is scratched and I want to replace it. The replacements are
widely-available, for example

How do I remove the existing lense? Is it necessary to disassemble
the phone or can the lense be simply prised off? I have been looking
online for sources of information but have come to a dead end so far.

The E370 is similar in design to the D600 and D500 I believe.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
