Default SE W800i - Firmware upgrade?

Hi there, wheni brought my phone i had it unlocked by a third party company,
i noticed some slight changes in the icons/graphics.

Now someone else i know who had the same phone as me seems to have more up
to date icons.

Is this the FIRMWARE version? If so how can i update it? Once updated will
i looses everything on the phone?

i had to scroill down that is a waste of resources and energy.

if i had read your reply at the top, it would have been faster, if i didnt
know what you were talking about then i could have scrolled down and read
the last post.

Times are changing, if you dont agree with me then you are stuck in the past
and not wanting to move with the times.
