I tried http://www.cbfsms.com/ last summer to text my daughter, she got the
message over 20 times!!!

Sounds like stalker talk to me.

If it is for sending dodgy texts the site will log your ip,
who in turn will release it to the police, who in turn will
contact your isp, who in turn will release your details to them.

So, not that I'm saying you are going to harass/stalk someone,
but if you do it's just as easy to find out who you are.

I've tried them over the years, only a few ever got through.
