Signal strength icon on M3100

Can anyone tell me what it means when the signal strength icon (inverted
triangle on a stick) changes colour from white to blue on an Orange SPV
M3100?

I've owned an M3100 for nearly a year and mine has never changed colour.

Interesting. I've had mine since December and it has done it numerous
times!
