Sim Card with no expiry

Hi,

I'm looking for a sim card to place in a GSM dialler for an alarm, but
would like one that will not expire in 6 months etc.

Which PAYG sim cards have the longest expiry (with no incoming or
outgoing call) on them?

Orange OVP Virgin, which isn't strictly PAYG!
Maybe even a Virgin 'contract'?

Good thought - got one an old OVP Virgin sim I still get a zero bill
for each month.
