Default sip question

I have finally got my E61 set up with sipgate

They gave me a 01964 number to access it which is free from kingston
communications 01482 area

Now if I turn my sip on my mobile and im in devon if my mate rings my
sip number from a hull landline will this be a free call

In fact will it be free no matter where I am in the UK.

The cost to the caller won't vary wherever you are on the planet (it may
cost you whatever roaming GPRS/WiFi/3G applies)
