Skype on 3

Hi,

I've got a LG KU990 which was orignally on Orange, now using it on 3.

I downloaded Skpe and got it running but every attempt at logging in fails,
Internet works Ok on the phone though.

Any ideas?

Did you download skype from the link on three's website, or from Skype?
IIRC it has to be 3's bastardised version, or you get the problem you
describe - or at least I did ..

Plus, I would think, that unless you use 3's Skype client you won't get
Skype for free. Afaik 3's Skype calls go over the usual 3 voice network,
just like any other call, and then connect into Skype. If you were to use
the standard Skype client you would be relying on making your call via
the Net.
