SMS WAP Push

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to send SMS Push message from server to mobile device(end
user).

For this what is the infrastructure needed? Does the server that is
used for sending SMS push message need Internet connection. How is the
server should behave (Push Initiator?)

Where will SMS Push message will go? Will it go to Mobile operator
network?

Please shed light on this topic.

There are various ways of sending an SMS message, one way is via an
internet based aggregator like www.clickatell.com or similar services.

Another way is using a mobile device connected to your server (if you
need to receive replies, sometimes, that's the only way of doing it).

There are both open source and and paid solutions for such
