My P910i appears to have died in it's thirteenth month, ie just out of
manufacturers warranty.
In spite of the O2 Gold Insurance Contract clearly stating that they
will repair broken phone when out of warranty, the Insurers, (Marsh?)
refuse to undertake repair and cannot yet offer a true replacement as
910i is superseded by P990i which is not yet available.
They have offered me an XDA mini s but this uses windoze and is no use
to me as I sync phone with Lotus Organiser on PCs and other phone
(Blackberry) so four questions:-
Can I get the P910i fixed for example could it have just locked itself
up and how can I check it?
What other phones work with Lotus Organiser?
If I take what is offered under guarantee will that prejudice my
upgrade entitlement?
If I took the XDA could I use it with payg Sim outwith O2 contract and
upgrade when P990i is available?
