Default t-mobile flext 25 now only 20 pounds

I signed up a week ago at Carphone warehouse for flext 25 but I see that
on the web it is £20.

Is there any way to get this reduction or is too late?

Did you get any other offers though? I think they were doing free
weekend calls during August, so you may have that 'offer' on your
account instead.

No - just a straight £25 pcm.

However, I have just had an other quick look at the small print and it
looks like that the £5 discount is linked with getting web at additional
cost - give with one hand and take with the other

I don't think there is such a requirement. T-Mobile have been
alternating their offers on a two-month cycle for a while now: it's
either £5 off the line rental or unlimited free calls. The problem in
your case is that you bought from CPW and not direct from T-Mobile.
