I've has a T-Mobile G1 (Android 1.6) mobile for ages, with calls and
data (2G/3G as available).
Opted in to switching between Oragen & T-Mobile (for calls) when it
became available. Am OK with being able to make calls via Orange, but
not having data connectivity when the phone is connected across the
Orange network.
Recently, when at home, where there is (or was) a perfectly good
T-Mobile signal (so I get calls and data), the phone has been switching
to Orange by itself (presumably it has the stronger signal recently, for
some reason), so I get calls, but no data.
Either, when will the T-Mobile/Orange switching include data on roaming,
or how can I stop it roaming onto Orange?
It's a T-Mobile G1, and I have Data roaming switched off as I don't
fancy getting hit with data charges outside the monthly contract (don't
know if this applies to Orange now or not).

You will have to have data roaming turned *ON* to use Orange Data and NO it
will be the same cost as T-Mobile data.
