Default T610 AVR Flash at 99% then fail with Div v.18.4 & Terminator Cable

Everytime I flash the ARM on my T610 with T610_R7A011_modem.arm it
reaches 99% then fails with Error 3627.

Before I did it I flashed the GDFS with T610_original_gdfs_area.gdf.
The phone worked then I flashed avr with T610_r7a0111_eu2.sbn which was
sucessful. It seems I'm not the only person getting exactly the same
error:

http://www.cellular-support.c[....]php?t=613&highlight=error+3627

However, no one has posted a solution. The phone is not dead I can
still flash and it powers on. I've tried flashing at the lowest speed
also. I've no idea what the problem is.

Anyone got any ideas I'd be very grateful.

Many thanks!

Use a different AMR file, go to a different version. I'd prefer lower
software version than dead phone.
