I did have a number that got straight through to a lady in the Exec
Office who helped me with a problem a few weeks ago. She asked me not
to pass the number on, so when my complaint was dealt with I binned
the number. Sorry.

Try a quick letter to:-

Mr Sanjiv Ahuja
Orange Executive Office
50 George Street
London
W1U 7DZ

He is the chief exec. I wrote to him about a problem and the lady
concerned rang me back. Orange have been going down in my estimation
lately but this particular problem was rectified very efficiently.

usual tale of woe. got an upgrade and haggled on extrax. managed to
get free unlimited evening weekend data added, and the option of
paying an extra £3 to get 24/7 unlimited data. called to add this,
spent an hour being passed around to be told i couldnt have it as i
was on an OVP plan (select 500). think ive found a number, if it turns
out correct i shall post it here...
