I was working a lot in Spain over the last year (Barcelona) and had no
problem with Tesco mobile.
Tangentially, I was in Riga, Latvia last week, and according to the
website, my phone wouldn't work there. I certainly couldn't make
outgoing calls, but I received a few, and was charged for them.
