Test numbers for NU Busy and ringing

Hi,

I am writing some modem control software for a PIC, are there any
suggested numbers that will always return NU Busy and ringing
respectively. This is so I can check the response of the GSM modem.

If not calling from an orange phone 07973 100 439 always seems busy.
