Default Is there any way I can get 2 mobiles to use the same number?

Perhaps if I posed this another way.

I have a contract with T-Mobile. My personal phone has it's own number but the
phone fitted to my car needs a SIM card and is fixed.

Is there any way I can get a SIM card for the car phone with the same number as
my personal phone?

I know it is possible to re-direct incoming calls to the car but that would mean
another contract or PAYG SIM which is NOT what I want to do as I would be paying
twice - once to redirect the call to the car and twice for the cars
contract/PAYG SIM card.

Ho Hmm = I don't think I can retro fit bluetooth to this vehicle as everything
is built in.

I have a contract with O2, and was told that having 2 sims with the same
number wasn`t possible. I`d be very happy to be proven wrong, as I`m in a
similar situation to you.

Vodafone Multisim will do this although I believe it stops data working, and
Orange offer a similar service for their business customers.

Vodafone do indeed do multi sim, however, it's very expensive,
and all you can do is calls and sms. No grps, no data, no mms
etc etc.

The multi sim price plans are multi sim specific, they don't
come with any x-net minutes, and x-net calls are about 50ppm
on the multi sim price plan, I think it's £30 a month for
sim 1 with 200 minutes off peak to landlines and vodafones,
and then each other sim is a further £15 a month plus vat.

T-Mobile don't offer this but....................

What about a CLONED - SIM

Anyone know if this is a practical situation?

Move to Orange of Vodafone. Both networks offer this service. Orange
call is Single Number, Vodaofne call it MultiSIM.
