Default Three Mix and Match tariff inflexiibility

I am hoping someone can tell me that I have been told wrong.

I have had a Mix and Match 500 tariff since January (SE W910i), and £5
unlimited web from handset.

Everything has been pretty good to be fair, but I heard about the £25 500
mins, unlimited text tariffs, and that sounds more appropriate for me now.

Indian CS say I cannot move from Mix and Match to another type of tariff. I
can however, go up to M&M 700, but not down to something lower.

Any ideas of how I make this happen, or am I stuck with what is pretty poor
value?

Cheers

Chris

Yep that's sounds exactly right, go up a tariff not down and definitely not
change to another tariff.

Have a look at the terms and conditions you agreed to. What do they say?

Get off your high horse. What DID they say? Perhaps there's a clause
that the CS people were not aware of.

Trying reading what is said, and not adding 2 and 2 and making 5. Or are
you angry with yourself because you know you stupidly agreed to
something and are now crying about it?

Indeed - like the termination clause when they change the contract to
one to your detriment - like they recently did when they decided to
charge by the minute, even if you've only been on the line for 5
seconds...
