Default Three Sim

My contract period is up and I am looking for a new deal. The best
that I can find that suits me is from Three with 750 mins. and 150
Texts on a cash back that makes it free. The only downside is that
ity comes with a LG U890 Pink! As I don't want the phone I was
thinking of passing this on to my Wife or Daughter and keeping my old
faithful phone. This raises a couple of questions about size and
compatability of Sims.

Would their O2 sim fit/work in this phone?

Would the Three sim fit/work in my 6310i?

The sim would be the same size, as for it working...
Doubtful, you'd almost certainly need to get the handset "unlocked"
first.

Possibly to begin with, but it won't be long before the Three sim is
blocked, what with it being used in a non-3G capable handset.

No 3 will screw up the SIM.

In any event 3 will have screwed you in the T&C.

Be careful about the cash back.

Ask the dealer, they may have other colours

You can get LG unlocked for a fee, then you can use any sim in it

No, I have a 6310i and it won't even roam on O2 with a 3 sim

But the 3 sim did O2 roam in my 2G Nokia 3220, don't try though
when 3 find out they will get nasty, it's against their T&Cs

Fit yes, work no.

> Would the Three sim fit/work in my 6310i?

Fit yes, work yes but only for a few days. After that you will get cut
off for breaching your T&Cs which state that you must use the USIM in
the phone that you were supplied with.
